Valley Tech Services was started in 2021 by Jason Aaberg. Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley I first started my IT journey in the 1990's repairing computers. I then went on to working help desk for a wireless internet provider in the early 2000's, learning the foundations of computer networking. Then graduated to designing & building networks and expanding my knowledge of server roles and security.

In 2011 I moved to Austin, Texas, and spent 10 years there sharpening my skills. Six of those 10 years were spent with Supercircuits.com, starting as their Tier 3 Technician I eventually became the Director of IT & Support Services.

After Supercircuits I went on to be the Director of IT for the United States Gold Bureau & Texas Bullion Depository where I designed and managed large hybrid networks with an emphasis on security.

In 2021 I decided it was time to come home to the Rio Grande Valley and take what I have learned in Austin and help grow the Valley's technological footprint.
